Hallyu stars TVXQ (U-Know Yunho & Choikang Changmin) completed their activities for the first half of 2011, and left a message for their fans, conveying their thanks.
After appearing in the first half of 2011 sum-up performance on KBS2TV’s “Music Bank,” TVXQ uploaded a photograph from after the broadcast onto the website.
They also left the message, “Hello everyone, we are TVXQ! During our activites, we truly felt your love and support, and we thank you all from the bottom of our hearts.” and “We will show a more passionate and hardworking TVXQ in our future activities. Thank you everyone..and..we love you,” expressing their intense feelings.
TVXQ will be releasing their new single “SuperStar” on 20 July, and participate in Japan’s a-nation at the end of July.
U-Know Yunho is also challenging ice skating in the SBS program “Good Sunday – Kim Yuna’s Kiss & Cry.”

On the 2nd of July 2011, Taiwanese American actor, singer, director and producer, Vanness Wu went on a show called “100% Entertainment” where he mentioned his affiliation to Girls’ Generation, particularly, members Tiffany and Sooyoung.
Show Luo, another Taiwanese singer who was also on the show, said that his favorite member from Girls’ Generation was actually Tiffany, and showed his obvious jealousy when he exclaimed that Vanness Wu knew Tiffany and Sooyoung personally. Vanness Wu went on to elaborate that not only did he meet them through a church group last August when he went to South Korea with Jason Mar; Tiffany was actually his younger brother’s friend’s sister. (Tiffany has a brother called Leo and a sister called Michelle)
Vanness Wu also said that through the church group, he met other K-pop artists such as Big Bang’s Taeyang and G-Dragon, and members of 2NE1.

Why was U-Know Yunho clenching his teeth?
In the second pair competition of ‘Kiss&Cry’ that was held at the SBS Ilsan Production Center on June 21st, U-Know Yunho signaled an extravagant revival with a charismatic performance.
Because of his recent concert schedule in Europe, U-Know Yunho has not been able to practice his skating for a period of time. This meant that his partner Claudia had to attend the mid-week assessment alone, causing fans to worry about his future stance in the competition.
The worry was heightened by the fact that U-Know Yunho placed 8th out of ten teams in the first competition due to the mistakes he made while performing.
But U-Know Yunho partook in the second competition and had the ‘Rose Evaluators’ fired up with his extravagant dancing and b-boying skills.
After his performance, U-Know Yunho said, “I’ve never been so worried about a competition as I was for this one. But I rehearsed my part on the ground because I didn’t have access to a skating rink, and I had faith in my partner Claudia.” During his stay in Europe, U-Know Yunho took every minute of spare time he had to put on his skates and rehearse his routine, whether he was in his hotel or on the streets.
His partner Claudia was moved when she heard how hard U-Know Yunho worked to find time to rehearse.

[Kim Hyejin Intern Reporter] In the midst of the confirmation of dating between BEAST’s Yong Junhyung and KARA’s Goo Hara, Yong Junhyung’s past twitter post has attracted attention. On April 29th, Yong Junhyung wrote the words, “I’m gaining strength from one call,” through his twitter. To this FT Island’s Lee Hongki commented, “Is it me? Is it me? I just called you too! It better be me.” Afterwards, Yong Junhyung replied after Hongki, “Of course it is Hong..Hongki,” and even added a hesitant laugh with “heoheoheo hahaha You already know who it is.” In addition Lee Hongki wrote, “Yah I’m embarrassed!” and Yong Junhyung wrote back, “Of course Hongki’s phone calls are encouraging gives me a lot of strength, but before you called me…. I will just stop here.” Then, BEAST fans curiously commented, “Didn’t Yong Junhyung get a girl friend?” however it had died down with time. But then on June 28th, the scandal with Goo Hara had occurred.The fans commented, “Wasn’t Goo Hara the person Yong Junhyung talked too?” and “Does that mean Lee Hongki knew of their relationship before?” showing interest on the couple.
